Ms. Pho Samphos joined Angkor Green in November, 2019 as a Senior Human Resources Officer and has been promoted as HR Unit Manager since April 2020 responsible for all Projects at Angkor Green.

Samphos has over 10 years of intensive working experiences within staff recruitment, training and orientation with some private companies, before joining with Angkor Green. In her roles as HR Unit Manager, she is working to provide assistant, coordination and support to all departments and GM on staff recruitment, orientation, conflict resolutions and performance evaluation. Currently Samphos is working closely with recruitment agencies, build relationship with all staff, join organize annual staff retreat/parties/training, dealer parties and other company events.

She obtained Bachelor of Accounting from Vannda Institute, Associate Degree of English from BETEI University, and Bachelor of English for Business from Mekong University of Cambodia.
