Mr. Nin PHUONG joined the company since Oct 2020 in charge of agrochemical and fertilizer project, the largest project of Angkor Green.

Before working with Angkor Green, Nin worked over 10 years within garment sector, NGOs and especially agrochemical companies. He has great talent in team building, leading, motivating and training. He and his technical team is working on new products testing and experiment, organize field demo, on farm consultation and support, organize farmer talk show, farmer meeting and recruit key farmer to build company brand loyalty.

As part of his responsibility, Nin is working to identify products key selling points and prepare the training materials and POSM for staff and customer capacity building and training. in order to support company’s sales plan achieved.

He graduated Bachelor degree of Art in English Literature and Teaching and Bachelor of Science in Agronomy at Royal University of Agriculture.
